Delivery policy

At Bloomi Period, we strive to provide a reliable and transparent delivery service for your order. Our team works every day to optimise our processes so that you receive the best possible service.

Ordering process To protect your data and ensure a smooth transaction, we do not accept orders by telephone. All orders must be placed online:

  1. Select the product you want and add it to your basket.

  2. Log in to your account or create a new account.

  3. Enter or confirm your delivery and payment details.

  4. Complete your order.

To ensure we can offer our collection at competitive prices, your order is dispatched directly from our international fulfillment center.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Once processed, the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 12 working days. Total estimated delivery time: approximately 8–15 working days.

Customs and Import Duties Since we ship from our international fulfillment center, please note that for orders over £135, import duties or taxes might apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For most orders under this amount, no additional fees will be charged.

Delivery and tracking Your order will be dispatched via our reliable delivery partners, including Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your parcel online.

Important information about your address Please check your address details carefully. We are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details. In such cases, the order will be refunded once the parcel has been successfully returned to our warehouse. To arrange a new delivery, you will need to place a new order.

Address changes after placing an order Would you like to change your delivery address after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bloomiperiod.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, we are unfortunately unable to change the address.
