What is Bloomi period underwear? Bloomi briefs are designed to absorb menstrual blood and light bladder leaks, meaning you no longer need to rely on disposable sanitary towels, tampons, or other period products. They use advanced technical fabrics that absorb moisture and stay breathable, keeping you dry and comfortable.
How long can I wear Bloomi for? On an average flow, you can wear Bloomi for around 8–10 hours. However, every body and cycle is different. If the seams start to feel damp, it’s time to change.
Can I wear Bloomi overnight? Yes, Bloomi is designed for both day and night use for worry-free protection while sleeping.
How many pairs do I need? On average, most people find that 4 to 5 pairs are enough to comfortably get through their period, depending on how often you wash them.
How long does Bloomi last? If you follow the care instructions, Bloomi underwear typically lasts around 50–60 washes (at least 3 years).
Washing & Care
How do I wash Bloomi?

Rinse under cold water until the water runs clear.

Wash in the machine at a maximum of 40°C.

Important: Do not use fabric softener or detergent pods that contain softener, as this reduces absorbency.

Hang to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
Do I need to wash them before first use? Yes, always wash your Bloomi underwear before the first wear to activate the absorbent fibers.

Can I return used Bloomi underwear? For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with the hygiene seal intact. Worn items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Where do I send my return? Please contact us first at info@bloomiperiod.com. Returns must be sent to our international return center in China. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
