Return and Refund Policy

At Bloomi Period, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

1. General Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene Exception: Due to the nature of our products (period underwear and swimwear), we cannot accept returns for items where the hygiene seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty. This is for health and safety reasons.

2. Return Location & Costs

Please note that our business address in the Netherlands is not our return location. To keep our prices competitive, returns must be sent to our international distribution centre in China.

  • Return Costs: The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Duties: Any international shipping costs, customs duties, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. How to Start a Return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without contacting us first. 1. Notify us: Send an email to info@bloomiperiod.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with the correct international return address and instructions. 3. Ship the item: Pack the item carefully and provide us with the tracking number. 4. Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days via the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrived damaged or has a quality defect, please contact us within 14 days.

  • Please provide photos or a short video clearly showing the defect on a flat surface, including the brand logo.

  • Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For faulty items, we offer direct exchanges following the steps above.
